By downloading, installing, or using Ladle ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Ladle is an iOS application for importing, organizing, and planning recipes. The app offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase through Apple's App Store.

User Content

You retain ownership of all recipes, meal plans, and other content you create or import into Ladle. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use any content you import from third-party websites.

Subscriptions & Purchases

• Premium features are available via a monthly auto-renewing subscription ($1.99/month) with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase ($11.99).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits.
• Use the app's extraction services to scrape websites in bulk or for purposes unrelated to personal recipe management.

Intellectual Property

The Ladle app, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recipe extraction will work for every website, that AI features will produce accurate results, or that the app will be available without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate recipe information, or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
